Tridas eWriter
Welcome to our secure web-based questionnaire. The The
Tridas eWriter software questionnaire is an essential step in
your child’s assessment and should be completed by the parents and
teachers no later than 10 days prior to the first evaluation
appointment. We assemble the parent’s and teacher’s responses to the
online interview into a report and place it in your child’s file for the
doctor to review prior to the appointment. If you don't have an email
address or password assigned to you by The Tridas Center, please go to
